Army Career Assembly

In celebration of National Careers week, which took place from Monday 7th to Friday 11th March, students in Year 9 and 10 had a visit from SGT (Sergeant) Guy Bufton, Youth Engagement Officer, who spoke to students on the importance of careers in the Army. The session proved to be insightful as the group debunked typical myths of joining the army, and learnt there are many more roles, than just front-line positions, such as Human Resources or Communication Specialists, and students are looking forward to more visits like this.
